Puppies are high energy and sometimes playtime with puppies can involve puppy nipping. Often families blame the puppy but this can just be part of their immature nature and small children aren't always taught about gentle play or when not to bother puppies during eating time, etc. What are your plans for dealing with these situations to be successful? Puppy training is also recommended to teach puppy manners as well.

Puppy cost does not stop at the time of purchase. It's just beginning. There are Vet visits for vaccines, monthly Heartworm medication, grooming every 2 - 3 months, toys, beds, crates, etc. Will these expenses fit comfortably into your budget?

Seller’s Responsibility

Summer Breeze Doodles guarantees the puppy is in good health, that puppy is up to date on immunizations and has been dewormed, and has been tested negative for worms. The buyer has three business days to take the puppy to a veterinarian for an examination. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, the buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the seller, at buyer’s cost, for a full refund, minus deposit. The buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the three business days, the health warranty is void.
Summer Breeze Doodles provides this warranty for two years against any debilitating congenital defects (defined as veterinarian recommends euthanasia). In the event the puppy exhibits symptoms of a suspected debilitating congenital defect, the buyer must supply any requested veterinary records to the seller within seven days of informing the seller of the defects. Summer Breeze Doodles has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of the seller’s choice at the sellers expense. If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the seller’s veterinarian, the buyer waives the rights stated in contract.
This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, allergies, improper bites, hernias, hypoglycemia, Guardia, or Coccidiosis. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food chemicals or physical injury.
If it is determined the puppy does have a genetic disorder that is identified, the buyer has the option of a replacement puppy form the next available litter or a refund of the original purchase price, minus the deposit. Your puppy need not be returned to us provided there is documented support of medical condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and if it becomes necessary to ship a replacement puppy, those fees are to be paid by the buyer.
If the puppy should die from a suspected congenital defect with in the two year health warranty, an autopsy must be preformed at the buyer’s expense by a licensed veterinarian acceptable to the seller’s own veterinarian. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason of the death, the seller will provide another puppy of equal value to the buyer, or a refund of the original purchase price. A written statement from the Veterinarian must be provided. This warranty is void in the event of an undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis.
No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated.
This warranty is non transferable.

Buyer’s Responsibility

The buyer agrees to pay Summer Breeze Doodles a total sum of $3000. $500 deposit is made to secure a position of puppy pick and will be added to the balance.$1250 is due at time of pick at 6 weeks with remaining $1250 due at either 7 weeks for electronic payment or cash at time of pick up.
The buyer bears all costs relating to the sale of the above animal, including transportation. The risk of loss or injury to the above animal is on the buyer at all times after the dog leaves the seller.
The buyer agrees that their Golden Doodle will be housed indoors.
Summer Breeze Doodles highly recommends feeding their Goldendoodle only a premium quality food. ( one recommended by their Veterinarian)
The buyer agrees to keep their Goldendoodle at a healthy weight.
The buyer agrees to make and keep annual veterinary appointments for their Goldendoodle, keep all immunizations current according to the guidelines of the American Veterinary Medical Association and properly administer heart worm preventative medication.
The seller highly recommends providing basic obedience training with their Goldendoodle puppy within the first year of owning their dog.
The buyer agrees to postpone strenuous repetitive exercise until after their Goldendoodle is over one year of age.
The buyer agrees to contact Summer Breeze Doodles immediately if the buyer determines they are unable to keep their Goldendoodle for any reason. The buyer and Summer Breeze Doodles will determine how the dog will be re-homed.
The buyer agrees to never place the Goldendoodle in a shelter, pound, or similar facility or research laboratory.
All Goldendoodle puppies from Summer Breeze Doodle are sold on a spay/neuter contract. Buyer must send seller proof of spay/neuter by15 months of age or buyer will be billed $15,000.00 for breeding rights and breach of contract. Buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred, including but not limited to lawyer fees, court fees, and travel cost, to enforce this contract. Breeder also has the right to pick up puppy unless proof of S/N or payment of breeding rights. Failure to abide by age 15 months will void the pets health guarantee.

Puppy Pick Order and Payment Schedule

Puppy picks are done in order of deposits ($500) received by gender.

Puppy picks are done at 6 weeks of age.

Half of the remaining balance is due prior to the time of picking your puppy. If the balance is not received within 24 hours, your pick will be considered forfeited and the puppy will be available for pick by next in line.

The remaining balance, including shipping fees if applicable, is due on the puppies 7 week birthday electronically through Zelle, Venmo or cash only on day of pick up.

*Summer Breeze Doodles can accept personal checks with a full 2 weeks clearance time.

*If you are unable to pick your puppy up on its 8 weeks birthday, there is a $20 per day charge that will be applied.
